  I have only positive things to say about my experience with Dr. Shedi and optician, Karen B. I have a very specific prescription that makes eyeglass lenses challenging to make. Karen went above and beyond working with the lab and returning my new pair a few times until they were perfect. Very friendly, patient, and professional. Thank you!

  Unprofessional front office staff and online booking system. I received no confirmation details after booking my appointment, aside from a text with no relevant information or pre-appointment instructions. When I arrived, I was told that my appointment was a week from the day that I scheduled, after I specifically filtered for today’s availability when booking the appointment. Additionally, I practically had to yell over the other woman who was yelling on the phone behind the counter. Incredibly unprofessional establishment and administrative staff; save yourself the hassle and book an appointment elsewhere.

  Doctors are exceptional. Medical staff is terrific. The phone tree is ridiculous - you WILL wait on hold for lengthy times before getting a live person. The phone tree has stated that they are having larger than usual volume of calls for the last 5 months - time to hire more help? The phone staff is rude, will talk over you and guilt you into making an appointment that is entirely unaccomodating to your location or your schedule. Multiple mistakes have been made by this staff scheduling (or FORGETTING) to schedule post op follow ups, and then they make their mistakes your problem. A horrible ongoing months long experience with this staff. Again - doctors are great - these clinics are understaffed and over booked. You will wait to be heard, wait to be seen and then you will be forgotton until they remember they were supposed to get you rescheduled. I hope these good doctors can get out of this administrative trap, to work for another entity that has thier act together. Total incompetance. Oh - and you can't call a specific location - all the numbers fall into the phone tree. Prepare to be on hold, prepare to be on hold for quite a while.
