Alec and his team always welcome you into the store with a warm, fun energy. They make sure you know that you are seen and they will be with as soon as they are done with the customer they are with. Alec always takes his time looking at your insurance and finding the best path for pricing. It’s a fun, positive team and I actually love shopping for glasses!

Last week, I sat on my sunglasses. A lens popped out and the frame bent significantly. I swung into LensCrafters to find help in repairing them, and they were a huge help. Big shoutout to Alexis who fixed the frame for me, and professionally fixed the lens as well, with quite a knowledge of the product. She was attentive and kind, and did a great job with the fix. Much appreciated help from a great employee.

My boyfriend needed his lenses from a broken pair of glasses switched into a new frame, so I called the Van Mall Lens Crafters and spoke with Hannah. She gave great advice to come into the store after 6pm so we could receive more rapid service. She was right! We came to the store later that day and asked for Hannah by name. We waited for her a max of 10 minutes and then spent about 10 more minutes with her while she switched out the lens. During that time, we experienced what Hannah had to offer--hilarious banter, excellent customer service, and a general sense of being well-taken-care-of. I could not think of a better way I'd like to be treated in this scenario. I would recommend Van Mall Lens Crafters to anyone who needs help with their glasses, with special emphasis on requesting Hannah, the lovely and knowledgable associate we encountered.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
