She gave great advice to come into the store after 6pm so we could receive more rapid service. She was right! We came to the store later that day and asked for Hannah by name. We waited for her a max of 10 minutes and then spent about 10 more minutes with her while she switched out the lens. During that time, we experienced what Hannah had to offer--hilarious banter, excellent customer service, and a general sense of being well-taken-care-of. I could not think of a better way I'd like to be treated in this scenario. I would recommend Van Mall Lens Crafters to anyone who needs help with their glasses, with special emphasis on requesting Hannah, the lovely and knowledgable associate we encountered.
