  I'm a pretty picky person when it comes to who I give my business to and 1st impressions go along way with me. I had called the store a couple times, only get a recording saying the employees were busy and to try again later. I would have preferred just leaving a message or having the ability to text. But, I received a call back from Alexis apologizing and asking how she could be of assistance to me. I appreciated her calling me back and sounding so genuinely enthusiastic to help. She made sure the product I was looking for was in stock and listed the hours of the store and her schedule, so when I arrived I could get her help. Its so hard to find employees that actually want to be present and helpful. This store manager needs a raise. I'll forever be a customer as long as she's around.   This place is great and the manager Alexis is really helpful getting my supplements and explaining what the supplements are going to help me and she’s really knowledgeable and comforting with her costumers specially for those who don’t know anything about supplements.

  I had a great experience at GNC! Alexis was incredibly helpful — she really knows her products and took the time to find exactly what I needed. Her professionalism and follow-through made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. 10/10 recommend stopping by and asking for Alexis!
