Multiple times she has gone above and beyond to help me understand my insurance, give me tips, and ensure that I get my prescriptions filled and then auto refilled. When she is helping me, I know I will get great service and the prescriptions I need.

Maybe she needs a refresher in customer service skills, maybe she was having a bad day. This JUST happened 2:35pm thursday october 30th. She should be thankful she even HAS a job in this economy.
