I called on Tuesday afternoon (after 5 pm) and while on hold, I drove to the store and literally watched the tech pick up the phone (20 minutes counting) and without checking in with each individual, she just put everyone back on hold. Then she called me to the counter. She said that the prescription is in, but will take 2 hours to fill. I advised that I was notified last Friday. She shrugged her shoulders and said they are two techs and one Pharmacist. 2 hours wait is what it will take. THANKFUL that it's not life threatening, but what if it was. Sounds like Fred Meyer is not aware of liability and when someone dies, Fred Meyer is likely to blame the techs, and not their shareholders. And some people think this will get better when Kroger's has the Monopoly on all food and drug stores in America. Antitrust, I think not. Hire more people and pay them a livable wage! Not minimum wage. **This poor rating is of Fred Meyer, not the overworked pharmacy employees**
