I asked if anyone was working the hot case because there was a line building while this deli associate was not paying attention and he laughed with his sushi coworker when I asked if anyone was working the hot case. Apparently it’s funny to move as slow as possible and make customers wait as long as possible. I think it’s hilarious that I then asked for something I didn’t want out of the hot case and then put it in the freezer section of the store and walked out & got lunch somewhere else.

The left hand doesn’t seem to know what the right hand is doing. Every person I’ve spoken with, whether in person or over the phone, gives a completely different answer that contradicts the last. It’s impossible to get consistent information or feel confident that anyone actually knows what’s going on.

I've had them fill a prescription and then loose it and not be able to find it. I even had them give me someone else's prescription. I understand they are very busy but hire some more people and stagger breaks so there aren't two out at a time.
