  Always friendly staff. Sometimes the line can get long, and move slow, but thats just because of the massive number of people choosing this amazing pharmacy.

  There phone tree literally hangs up on you when you get to the stage where you can talk to a real person. Ridiculous.

  Deli associate on 11/9/25 @ about 2:00pm was moving slower than a sloth and chatting with a friend. I asked if anyone was working the hot case because there was a line building while this deli associate was not paying attention and he laughed with his sushi coworker when I asked if anyone was working the hot case. Apparently it’s funny to move as slow as possible and make customers wait as long as possible. I think it’s hilarious that I then asked for something I didn’t want out of the hot case and then put it in the freezer section of the store and walked out & got lunch somewhere else.

  I’d equate my experience with this pharmacy to something you might expect at the DMV, Social Security office, or any other government-run agency — disorganized and frustrating. The left hand doesn’t seem to know what the right hand is doing. Every person I’ve spoken with, whether in person or over the phone, gives a completely different answer that contradicts the last. It’s impossible to get consistent information or feel confident that anyone actually knows what’s going on.
