  I limped into the facility and was able to walk out. The appointment was quick but didn’t feel rushed. Already looking forward to my next appointment.

  UPDATED from 1 to 4 stars based on additional visit. Very difficult to actually be seen here and front desk staff was rude. Last Friday I made the 40 minute round trip and arrived at 1:41 pm. As soon as I walked in, she shouted "we are closed until after lunch!" I was confused and asked, "don't you close at 2 pm for lunch?" And she said, "yes, but we already have 2 people so can't take anymore." Similar experience today. I walked in at 6 pm and the same desk worker said "our list is already full for today." So I can't be seen in the next hour before the office closes at 7 pm? What a waste of a monthly fee if I can never actually be seen during business hours. I used to love The Joint. The appeal was that you didn't need an appointment and could be seen very quickly. No longer the case. UPDATE: I visited again the following day and was able to be seen. Generally, the staff are very friendly and efficient, so I'm hopeful that the 2 experiences in the past week were an anomaly.

  The experience was extremely rushed. The lack of privacy with outsiders peeking around the corner and allowing a random man to stand in the room was very unprofessional. Most of all the communication was very underwhelming showing little concern about my body's condition and needs. I am not sure this is a good place for me.

  Update: the Director reached out & did what they could to make it right. While I wish I had not seen Dr Huy at all, I do appreciate their effort to make it right. I went in there for pain & the practitioner overcorrected. When I asked him to check the adjustment before I left, he said no and rushed me out the door. There was no one else there & no reason to be in such a hurry. I called to try to get readjusted & give them a chance to remedy, but no one has ever called back. Not only did I waste my hard earned money, I am also in more pain than I was when I got there. Would not recommend.

  If you live locally, and think you’re actually going to be able to walk-in as the claim you can. Plan on driving 30 minutes out of your way. Practically every time I have come to this location they either aren’t open during posted online hours, or there is another reason they can’t take you. Today being at capacity an hour and a half before they close.
