Each class always has something new to focus on, whether new choreo or each instructor’s different flare (and some have a really killer taste in music to make it through your workout!). I’m really happy (emotionally and my body thanks me) to be part of this community.

Everyone is so supportive and encouraging, it has really helped me gain confidence and push myself to reach my goals.
