  A medication for my son was accidentally sent here by urgent care. This pharmacy is quite far from my home and we were not going to make it before they closed. I tried to get ahold of the urgent care to send the prescription to the right place but was unable to get through to a real person. Because of this, I called 10 minutes before this pharmacy closed to ask if they could transfer it to a pharmacy closer to my home that was open late. The medication was already filled by this pharmacy, but the pharmacist went out of his way to restock the medication, fax the prescription over to the new pharmacy, and personally call the other pharmacy to ensure they got it. He stayed late to make all this happen and even called me back to make sure it went through so that my son would get the medication he needed right away. Amazing customer service! He was not obligated to stay late at work on a Saturday to make sure my son got his medication, but he chose to. He truly went above and beyond! (I also really appreciated how fast you get to speak to a real person when you call here)

  You never know what to expect whenever dealing with this pharmacy. Such as, no contact when rx is ready, go to pickup and find out not all the rxs have been filled and have to come back the next day, charging the wrong insurance even though they’ve been filling the same rx for months, the long lines waiting sometimes 30 minutes. The list is endless. Now I’ve had enough and let the pharmacy know I wanted my info transferred to another pharmacy. Called the new pharmacy and found out all my rx info wasn’t transferred. Unreal but will be glad to be done with them.

  Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, helpful and organized. Wish the bakery area had more selection and same with their precut fruit. Seems more focused on retail instead of their known for bakery treats. Flowers are not all that great either. The arrangements poorly done with leaves in water and stems cut so differently it looks like my kid did it. For the price of vase with flowers in an arrangement it should be better done and fresh not molding already. 65.99 to over 100 is crazy for flowers not taken care of
