After all those years, my old inserts were worn out and my feet have changed. I scheduled an appointment with Christina, who impressed me from the moment I arrived. Although she was helping another customer, she politely excused herself to greet me, explaining that those customers were walk-ins and she needed to honor her scheduled appointment. That’s what I call excellent customer service! Christina measured my feet and recommended a personalized solution. Because I’m already familiar with arch supports, she respected my preference not to start with beginner inserts and fit me directly for the everyday supports I needed. I truly appreciated that she didn’t try to upsell me on products I didn’t need. If you’ve watched The Good Feet Store commercials and wondered if arch supports might help you, I encourage you to make an appointment with Christina. She will take the time to find the best solution for your individual needs—even if arch supports aren’t right for you.
