  This is my first time going to Pacific Northwest Periodontics. I went there because my dentist named Dr. Beack gave me a referral about my gum recession needing to be checked. The people there are really great people when I visited for my checkup first time with my father. I forgot to mentioned that Nettie is the one that helped me walk through for my pre-surgery checkup. She answered all my curious questions and she’s awesome. I am about to get my gum graft surgery taken care of for the very first time and I know it’s going to go well. The ones that I’ve met, I just wanted to say thank you. When I know the names, I will edit the review. Edit on Feb 27 2026: I just finished my suture removal for my upper right gum graft follow up surgery with Nettie and I have to say that it was a great experience especially it being my first time. I just wanted to say thank you Dr. Song, Krystal, and Nettie for the great support and assistance! I know I have another gum recession that needs to be taken care of next year for my upper left, but if it does recede more, I will definitely go back to you guys for another gum graft surgery when the time comes. If friends/family need their teeth to be check, I’ll let them know about you guys. And yeah, thank you guys again! 🙏

  I've only had an exam and not yet had a procedure. I was impressed with how friendly and thoughtful all of the staff was in explaining everything. Each step of the exam was explained as it was taking place, and then at the conclusion of the exam a thorough explanation of the planned procedure and then followed by a breakdown of the future costs. Even the receptionist explained how to fill out the online form efficiently. The care and attention to every detail during the exam puts me as ease as I go into the procedure.
