  Seriously, can’t thank this place enough. Everyone was super kind and patient with my grandfather, and they really took their time with him instead of rushing anything. Big shoutout to David — he was amazing. You can tell he genuinely cares, and he made the whole experience so much easier for my grandfather. Seeing how much better he can hear now honestly means a lot to our family.
