The service was… inconsistent; one associate gave me a perfectly reasonable ETA, and when I followed up, I was met with a response so pointedly passive-aggressive it felt almost instructional. As if asking a simple question had somehow overstepped. Not quite the tone one expects. The doctor, however, was exceptional; calm, attentive, and refreshingly competent. Easily the highlight; five stars, without question. The “designer” selection leans dated; heavy on logos, light on taste. Finding something modern without it announcing itself from across the room proved… unlikely. For a store positioning itself as high-end, the atmosphere feels more insistent than refined; a bit too eager, a bit too aware of your wallet. And yes, I left nearly $1K lighter on lenses alone; less out of conviction, more out of fatigue. Overall, it’s polished in theory, but the experience says otherwise. I wouldn’t recommend; unless that aesthetic is exactly your idea of style and designer lvl service.

Broke off the nose pads off of a pair of sunglasses. Curtis at the Southcenter Lenscrafters took great care of me, replacing the nose pads, tweaking the fit, and even cleaning them - all at no charge! Highly recommend them and Curtis in particular! Wonderful experience!

Gina at LensCrafters Southcenter has been helping me for over four years, and she consistently delivers top tier service. She remembers returning customers, pays attention to details, and makes the entire process smooth and efficient every time. Her product knowledge is strong, and she takes the time to make sure everything is right without rushing. It’s rare to find that level of consistency and professionalism. If you want someone reliable who actually cares about the experience, ask for Gina.

Gina at LensCrafters was so sweet and helpful. She explained everything clearly, took her time with me, and really paid attention to the little details. She even cleaned the lenses on the glasses so I could actually see how the frame looked and make sure I liked it. I really appreciated how patient and thoughtful she was. She made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. Thanks Gina💖

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
