- NNnhi nguyenMar 14, 20261.0would give this place 0 stars if i could. went in to just get an energy drink and when cashing out, i was told by the cashier that i wasnt allowed back in the store.. i was taken aback and was so confused cause all i did was grab an energy drink and went straight to pay, i made no contact with anyone, talked to nobody, made no mess, didn't create any disturbances; i followed up and asked them why and they said that they cant keep allowing "normies" like me shopping there without buying a membership, the cashier told me that they'll cash me out this time but i cant come back ever again... weird way of upselling and convincing me to get a membership but at the end of the day, money is money and this interaction just simply left a bad taste in my mouth. This isnt my first run in with terrible customer service from this location either, no greetings when entering, always acting like theyre bothered or being inconvenienced when customers approach them for literally anything. This place has THE ABSOLUTE WORST customer service ive ever seen or experienced.

- SSst4njenFeb 19, 20265.0I’ve been to this specific GNC multiple times and I loveee going here during a nice shopping spree. For one, the employees are so nice! They recognize me by now and always give me helpful information. I’m honestly not sure of their names but the Asian guy and the white guy that I believe works on Sundays (?) are always super helpful and help me find the best tasting protein items and I can tell that they know their stuff.
