  This location could work on their customer service. Almost every time my husband and I go into this store, we never are greeted properly. Feel like every time we ask employees questions, they seem bothered.

  Incompetent service. These guys didn’t honor the 30 day return policy. Had to go to another GNC miles away to complete the return.

  I’ve been to this specific GNC multiple times and I loveee going here during a nice shopping spree. For one, the employees are so nice! They recognize me by now and always give me helpful information. I’m honestly not sure of their names but the Asian guy and the white guy that I believe works on Sundays (?) are always super helpful and help me find the best tasting protein items and I can tell that they know their stuff.

  My visit to the GNC store on Southcenter Parkway in Tukwila took place today, Sunday, November 23, 2025, between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM. During my visit, I was disappointed with the customer service. The salesperson on duty did not seem very welcoming, and I felt that he was not open to hearing my suggestions about the products I was looking for. I normally appreciate this store for the quality of its products, but this interaction left me with a negative impression. I hope the team can improve their customer service to provide a more friendly and attentive experience. Employer’s joshua
