She takes the time to explain everything clearly, listens closely to her patients’ concerns, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and supported. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such compassion, and working with Jess has made the entire process of getting and adjusting to hearing aids a positive experience. I highly recommend AudioNova, and if you have the chance to work with Jess, you’ll be in excellent hands.
