charged me for services i did not want and did not notify me prior to charging me for it. Poor scheduling. You have to let the patient know prior to charging them. I did not need a contact lens fitting just a prescription but while checking out I was slapped with a bill for it. WRONG !! no accommodations were made to correct it. BAD ethics. This is precisely why patients have an aversion to doctors " HIDDEN COSTS". DO NOT RECOMMEND, unless you have money to throw away.

I went to True Vision with no expectations, only to get an exam and pick out some frames. Once I arrived for my 10 am appointment, I was greeted by the ENTIRE front office staff. Dr. Kim's assistant (forgot her name) (tall slim African American female) explained each and every machine and its purpose. She was knowledgeable and very polite. Dr. Kim entered the room shortly thereafter with the sweetest personality, knowledge and she also gave me advice on my eye care. She didn't rush and she took her time to make sure she answered all the questions I had. Next I went to Heather, she was AMAZING . I told her I could tell there is management there because of how genuinely friendly everyone is and how they are eager to help. I will definitely refer friends and co workers to this location. I hate I'm moving away but this staff has definitely left a POSITIVE warm feeling in my heart.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses.
