StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Tacoma offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

He explained everything he was doing and let me know where I should be feeling the stretches. Jude was great to talk to during the stretch! Justin in the front was also really thorough with getting my information and understanding my health goals. 10/10!

- CGCandy GirlApr 1, 20261.0Went to this place. Ofc I walked in on a whim, and upon seeing this establishment it was EMPTY. Completely empty. I was told that they were by appointment only. Not only are they turning away customers when they have no business but what’s the point of having an establishment like this when you don’t accept walk ins and is being promoted on every platform? They turned down money and told us come back three weeks later. I dont have to say that they didn’t get my business. Sounds great but I unfortunately will not be going back.

I really appreciated how he broke down body mechanics in a way that made sense. He also walked me through how StretchLab works without any pressure. I was sold.
