I have had multiple experiences with this pharmacy where they either tell me I can't get a prescription filled because there are no refills and then they realize there are, not told when something is filled, not told when something was not in stock... now I'm being told a prescription I've been getting for years needs another authorization AFTER I had to call them to check in. l asked to speak with the pharmacist because I've run into issues in the past.. The pharmacist assumed I worked with a different insurance company than I work with and as I scrolled on my insurance website, looking at my prescriptions.. she insisted I must be on my doctor's website? It was just a really odd interaction and offputting. Not at all helpful, and absolutely no bedside manner.

No privacy or discretion. This is the only pharmacy I've ever been to where they announce your medical diagnosis while handing you your medication. I asked the pharmacist to just confirm the name of the medicine and not the medical condition it's treating, for privacy. He refused, so I'll be sure to change to a pharmacy that respects my privacy.

Always professional and caring. They prioritize important prescriptions. They remembered your name but not your birthday which is kind.
