Haven't had any issues with pharmacists being rude, but on multiple occasions they have just ghosted me when a medication is out of stock and on backorder. If someone orders a prescription and it's not in stock and they don't know when it will be in stock, they should call/text you or the provider so it can be sent to a different pharmacy. Completely ridiculous.

I very rarely take any pharmaceuticals for many reasons, mainly because I'm healthy and I don't trust the pharmaceutical industry. I was prescribed a medication over a week ago by my doctor and they called it in. The experience with this pharmacy has been frustrating beyond description. I called six times within a 40 minute period and finally spoke to somebody, of course she put me on hold for several minutes only to say she would fill my prescription. That was 6 hours ago and I have yet to hear from them. Thank God I'm not dying. How the hell do these people stay in business?

Rude customer service and unhelpful staff. Can’t tell if they are incapable of helping or just don’t want to. Go somewhere else.

I was told today multiple times that the pharmacist would not fill my prescription because of a "DEA law". When I pushed back (I've been filling this prescription for 12 years -- I am pretty well informed on the laws surrounding it), she simply re-stated multiple times that it's the law. So I asked for my paper prescription back, drove to Rite Aid, where they promptly filled it. I'll have to be going a further distance but I'll be making the switch as well.
