Very clean, super short wait time (3 minutes maybe), you can check in on your phone up to 10 min before your appointment and they also have a check-in kiosk. Staff was very friendly and good at their job, one of the quickest and easiest blood draws I've ever had.

The person who took my blood, Cheyenne, caused nerve damage to my arm. She ignored all the prominent, obvious veins in my arm, and instead went for a nearly invisible one right in the crook of my elbow, and put the needle in nearly at 90 degrees to my skin. She stabbed right into a nerve in my arm and as soon as she put the needle in, I felt shooting pain down my arm into my fingers. I winced and told her it was far more painful than expected, and she said it was just the alcohol wipe. She finished the blood draw and the pain persisted even afterwards. She didn't even have a decent wrap to put the gauze on, she used tape. It's now been over 24 hours and the pain is still there, along with burning and numbness all the way to my fingers. This person needs to be fired and/or re-trained.
If that wasn't bad enough, the whole facility gave off terrible and uncomfortable vibes. Dim lighting, dirty environment that looks like it hasn't been cleaned in ages, just terribly unprofessional. Again, didn't even have proper materials to secure gauze to my arm. Will avoid this place like the plague from now on.
Location from Kitsap County is very inconvenient to use outside of Kitsap County WA. We need at least one branch in Kitsap County WA. Crossing Tacoma bridge is inconvenient and costly because of bridge toll and it's expensive to use out of network. Quest have too many websites such as QuestSelect, QuestDiagnostic, MyQuest, to go to for following access account, print card and to make as appointment. It's confusing. The only reason why I would recommend somebody to use Quest is if this is a in-network choice with their med insurance.
Phone conversation with selected branch in not available, especially when you need to check if that location is still operational. Tacoma WA branch I used was a good experience, I believe it's because I was extra nice and friendly to begin with.
Respect our busy life by having a branch in Kitsap County WA so we don't have to travel far, and deal with Tacoma Bridge toll and traffic.

Pros:
• easy to book an appointment online ahead of time. Plenty of slots open to choose from.
• easy to get to the building.
• parking was easy - abundant.
• suite was very clean and looked newly updated
• fast and easy check in.
• quick wait time.
• phlebotomist was super friendly and skilled. She checked in with me before and after to make sure I felt ok before starting and ok before leaving.
• results were processed in a timely manner and easy to review online.
Cons:
• if I hadn’t researched this location prior to visiting, I would have been confused where it was. It’s inside the hospital.
• not a ton of signage to find the suite.
I made an appointment. Arrived 10 min early. I was taken back in less than 5 min. The tech was very quick. In and out. Perfect.
