- SRStephanie reasorApr 2, 20261.0Are you kidding? I'm currently waiting on hold with the pharmacy for 15+ minutes and I'm put back on hold every few minutes. I can't ask if they have something in stock because they won't actually answer the phone.
- JHJose HernandezMar 21, 20261.0I got turned away again while trying to pick up adalapalene gel. The pharmacist let me know that it was available over the counter. It was not in the dosage that my doctor prescribed to me. I explained this and still got told that it was not at the pharmacy despite my doctor confirming and getting notifications that my prescription was available at this location. 0.1% adaplalene is available over the counter but I was trying to pick up 0.3% which requires a prescription. I will try for a third time this month, later next week. This is a medication that I have repeatedly picked up from at a different Fred Meyers Pharmacy that is now closed.

- BNBlair NelsonFeb 25, 20261.0Always some sort of issue at the pharmacy. Insurance says I’m covered, you say I’m terminated. I call the insurance company back they say you’re wrong and that Im covered until the end of the month with that current policy. THEN I ask if I can at least buy a few days worth of medication out of my own pocket, and the lady on the phone tells me NO. So I get on the phone AGAIN to speak to my dr’s office. She spoke to a guy named Justin who said I could purchase a few days worth out of my own pocket. This truly shows how untrained and out of sync you guys are. And btw this is the WORST LOOK FOR YOU. Because you are DENYING PEOPLE OF THEIR ESSENTIALS.
