- BJBelinda Jennings4 days ago5.0I came in yesterday to find shoes for my mom who is paralyzed, with braces on both feet and in a wheelchair. The lady working there went above and beyond. She came to my car in a snowstorm to measure my moms feet so I didn't have to get my mom moved into her chair if they didn't have what we needed. She didn't have the width my mom needed but I want to let her know we appreciate her.

- HTHi ThereMar 5, 20261.0If you dont know any better then this is the place for you. I work with podiatry surgeons and this place is a joke. I was curious and was looking for new running shoes...this was not the place. I listened to their smarmy snake oil sales pitch, the pushing on your arms harder one time then the next to "make you think" arches will help with balance is laughable! Squishing my foot on the paper to make my foot impression look worse was the final straw. I couldn't get out of there fast enough!! Please know you can get personalized formed arch supports through your insurance for far less.
- IIIdontshareMar 3, 20265.0I am on 1 month in and I have NEVER felt better. I will write this in 2 parts. First, the store. Very clean, probably the friendliest people I have encountered in a customer service "retail" environment in a very long time. This isn't your traditional retail environment. I mean, when was the last time you went to a store and they offered you a foot massage and water or hot chocolate? I met with Sharron and Bryan. Sharron took footprints of my feet and Bryan brought us water and chatted with us. Now, onto what I paid a LOT of money for. The orthotics. These aren't your run of the mill size 12 orthotics. I learned so mich about my feet and body. I think the part that amazed me was my balance. Sharron did some sort of magic during what she called a balance "exercise . I'm 6'8 and 400 pounds. I fell forward. The orthotics had me stable. Win number 1. Win number 2 was when I walked the store and didnt have my daily back, hip and ankle pain. Its now been a month, Sharron has called to check on me a handful of times and each time, I thank her for helping me vet back in the oil field to keep up with all the young bucks. As my email shows, I don't share or open up. Felt they deserved this. Thank you
- MWMk WashingtonFeb 25, 20265.0I almost canceled my appointment. I can't tell you how happy I am that I didn't! To say that Sharon was amazing is an understatement. My knees immediately stopped hurting when she had me walk. I teared up. I have been hurting for over 20 years, DAILY. Sharon showed me that she wears the orthotics herself and shared her personal knee pain she had in the past which gave me hope. I tell you, I felt the relief she talked about instantly. Her knowledge was impressive plus she was so accommodating. Asked me my favorite music to play, offered me water or hot cocoa. It was more of an experience than a sales atmosphere. It was awesome. I've already referred 4 friends to her. Thank you so very much Sharon!!

Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort.
