  I am leaving this review to document a very concerning experience and to request accountability from management. During my appointment, the audiologist took my personal phone out of the room to connect my hearing aids. After the visit, I discovered that a Google review for this office had been posted under my personal Google account without my knowledge or consent. I did not write or authorize that review. This raised serious concerns about professionalism, ethics, and respect for patient property and privacy. In addition, when my hearing aid was sent out for repair, I gave clear instructions that it was to be returned to the Tacoma office. Despite this, it was sent to the Puyallup office instead. This directly contradicted my request and caused unnecessary inconvenience. I have since chosen to seek care elsewhere. I hope management takes this matter seriously, reviews their practices, and ensures that patient consent, privacy, and instructions are respected.

  Love James and this clinic. Went to Sonova and that place was a joke! This guy is best in town!!! I DID NOT WRITE THIS REVIEW--THIS CONFIRMS THAT YOU CAN NOT TRUST REVIEWS!! WHAT THE HECK IS, SONOVA?? SHAME ON YOU & YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!!
