  Always some sort of issue at the pharmacy. Insurance says I’m covered, you say I’m terminated. I call the insurance company back they say you’re wrong and that Im covered until the end of the month with that current policy. THEN I ask if I can at least buy a few days worth of medication out of my own pocket, and the lady on the phone tells me NO. So I get on the phone AGAIN to speak to my dr’s office. She spoke to a guy named Justin who said I could purchase a few days worth out of my own pocket. This truly shows how untrained and out of sync you guys are. And btw this is the WORST LOOK FOR YOU. Because you are DENYING PEOPLE OF THEIR ESSENTIALS.

  I’ve had it with these pharmacists. How is it that my insurance is TELLING ME IT’S ACTIVE, yet YOU SAY ITS NOT? They say it’s active until the end of the month, you say no it’s terminated?? Absolutely PATHETIC!!

  This chick Gale or Gail, or however you spell it is an absolute rude and unprofessional pharmacy tech. My wife went in and simply asked when her prescription would be ready and she butted in from across the pharmacy "there's other people who need their medication more". Wasn't even helping my wife. Then went on to yell that they told her it wouldn't be ready, but my wife was literally told that it would be ready in an hour. She was absolutely inappropriate, out of line and ridiculous. There simply was no reason to be rude, my wife wasn't being rude to them under any stretch of the imagination. It was crazy.

  I've used Fred Meyer Pharmacy for over 30 years. The Pharmacists and Staff, are like old friends. They go above and beyond whenever I need their assistance with new prescriptions or monthly refills. My family and I also receive all of our Scheduled Vaccines here. The Fred Meyer Pharmacy App, makes it so easy. I receive notifications whenever one of us is due for a Vaccine or Booster, and when prescriptions are ready for pick-up. I can also order medication refills, and check their status. This really helps with planning trips for groceries too. I can get both done it one trip. Very convenient. I highly recommend your local Fred Meyer Pharmacy.
