- SWSarah “Jaimie” WassonDec 17, 20251.0Horrible Customer Service. Had my medication transferred to this location since it is closer to me. The woman with three dot tattoo on her neck was very confrontational out of the gate saying that she wouldn't send a request fax for my medication if Walmart did not have it in their system. Called Walmart and confirmed they had it sent to this Fred Meyer. Came back and a younger woman helped me set up my pharmacy account and ordered my medicine for me. Came to pick them up only to be told that they are at CVS. Not a big deal, I forgot I had a transfer request. I just asked that they would have given me a call to notify me. The pharmacist with the three dot tattoo went on a rant about how she shouldn't have to communicate with the customer. I walked away and was sorting my insurance info when I saw her being incredibly rude to a senior citizen. The senior only had a land line and she was refusing to notify him when his medication was ready unless he went out and bought a cell phone. I was not eavesdropping, she was incredibly loud and rude. That is no way to treat other people. She is clearly in the wrong line of work and needs serious retraining. I will not be coming back ever again.

She also doesn't care about the customers as she is always playing with her phone in the back, while there are people waiting in line! She is always very rude and short, as it is very clear that she hates the customers and treats them very poorly! She also gave my wife the wrong medication, as she is inexperienced and lacks basic pharmacy knowledge. AVOID AT ALL COST! Pretty much anyone I know is transferring out their medications from this store!
