My mother has tons of recurring prescriptions, and they always tell us if something is ready when something Will be ready, and if for some reason it’s not being filled, they work with the provider to find out how they can provide it. They also explain any reasons why insurance may not be covering it or how insurance could cover it if it’s prescribed differently the best pharmacy ever
