  Went to emergency at 4am on a Thursday E.R staff sent antibiotics to SAvon at 6 am. Savon confirmed they had prescription by 10 am. Mind you I can not see out my eye left because of infection. When I got off work at 3:30 pm same day. I called to see if it was ready. Savon staff Brandon said they don't have it but he can order it and look around for it and call me back if he finds it somewhere ele. Brandon also said if he order it it will be there FOR SURE ON FRIDAY @ around 3 pm. Mind you I need those meds Asap. E.R gave me a dose before I left. Brandon never called back. I called Friday at 3:30 pm my meds were not there even though Brandon said FOR SURE they will have it. I was told again they will look around see if they can find it and call me back. NO ONE CALLED BACK. I called back at 4:30 pm. THEY NEVER LOOKED. Said they could I order it and have it by Monday. I COULDN'T WAIT TILL MONDAY. This left ME having to do the foot work they promised to do. I COULD HAVE LOST MY EYE SIGHT. This is not the first time this has happened with medication I needed asap. The new staff need to do better. They are playing with peoples lives. I have been coming to this pharmacy for over 10 yrs. and this had never happened prior to about 2 yrs ago. This is not acceptable.

  The staff here at Savon are extremely friendly and helpful. Brandon and Stephen are two of the nicest pharmacist's I have ever came in contact with who don't make you feel intimidated anytime you have a question, regardless of if they have had a long day or the person in front of you was rude and obnoxious towards them. They always greet you with a smile and kind words. They have a way with making a person feel better and if it's a bad day just interacting with them changes your day into a good one. Thanks guys. Savon is very lucky to have you both as are we.

  Savon Pharmacy is great they are wonderful people very willing to help out all the time no matter what very nice people thank you for all you do .

  Every staff member we have interacted with at this Pharmacy has been super helpful, regardless of how busy they were. My mother has tons of recurring prescriptions, and they always tell us if something is ready when something Will be ready, and if for some reason it’s not being filled, they work with the provider to find out how they can provide it. They also explain any reasons why insurance may not be covering it or how insurance could cover it if it’s prescribed differently the best pharmacy ever
