- JWJulian WojciechowiczFeb 27, 20261.0Oh my, I understand that everyone is a customer, as I have been told by the gentleman who has picked up the phone and stated so 4 times over the past 25 minutes, but really? But the last 3 times, nothing to be said, just picked up and hung up. And the hold music, serious pain.
- DDdouglas doddJan 20, 20262.0"Short staffed" is used as an excuse for poor service. Six people milling around in the back and a 15 minute wait. Was there any time in the last 10 years where they weren't "short staffed"? Also, the drive through is mostly closed.(Due to being"short staffed" most likely). There is a sign that says to call a number if you can't leave your vehicle and they will open the window to serve you. They have never answered that number. I am moving my prescriptions from here.
