Forget about calling with any questions because they don't answer the phone. They've got to be turning the ringer off as you never hear it ring when you are at the pharmacy. Simple questions that should be answered quickly over the phone, take the customer coming in person and waiting in line for a one minute unprofessional interaction. They severely lack proper supply, professional decorum, communication skills, and any sense of customer service. Held off finding a new pharmacy due to the extra work of switching the entire family and familiarity, but after today will be doing so immediately. Your customers do not deserve to be treated in such a manner.
