Unorganized, mixed messages, you people have got to get on the same page! Worst in support and worst in customer service.

It's Shanghai Sunday and they dont have any stir fry noodles ready or cooking. And it takes a half hour to cook. And it looks like they have been out long enough to start more.

Very frustrated with the quality of produce and constantly buying expired products that have been left on the shelf. In the last 6 months I have purchased a head of lettuce filled with bugs, corn on the cob that was moldy, rotten avocados, moldy berries and last night on 10/27, I purchased and fed my family chicken patties that, unbeknownst to me, expired on 9/8/24! Despite this location being walking distance, I go literally anywhere else unless it is an emergency or I feel like spending 4x what I would elsewhere on expired/rotten food.

I transferred my prescriptions to this pharmacy when my local pharmacy closed permanently, last year. I have been spoken to very rudely by a pharmacist and again yesterday, by the pharmacy tech who answered the phone. Just rude. Cut me off and didn't even listen to my question. I'm looking at changing pharmacies again because I'll be damned if I'm going to pay Safeway pharmacy, to be talked to that way. Poor customer service. Bad attitudes. Clearly not happy with their jobs. There are nice staff members too.... like Tess, the pharmacist, who goes out of her way and Twila at the register!! They are the only reason I've stayed this long. Not everyone is nasty and I have felt the prices are fair and I never have to wait very long. It's a mixed bag

I wish they still had the same pharmacy employees as they did when it was Albertsons! Ever since they switched from Albertsons they have been nothing but a nightmare to work with! Between saying a prescription will be ready in 20minutes and having to wait a hour and a half. To calling to see if a prescription has been sent over and being told "yeah but it'll be a while". And when I ask about what time maybe? I'm told " I couldn't even tell you it's going to be that long! " cool thanks for the help! I can't find a new place fast enough!
