I've filled scripts, or should I say attempted to fill scripts, for the past 2 months at this pharmacy because it's the only one in walking distance (3 miles) and after 2 out of 4 attempts ending in failure I began calling ahead to ensure they received the prescription order and had medicine on hand to fill said prescriptions. This also has a 50% failure rate as they wait until you show up to run the script through insurance, and then don't or can't rectify any problems that arise in a timely manner after the trip to the store has already been made making a 6 mile round trip walk for nothing. I have moved all prescriptions (and all other shopping for that matter) from Safeway to Walmart even though it involves taking 2 busses to get there and have had not one problem. Never again will Safeway take my time and energy for nothing but stress and aggervation in return.
