Terrible customer service and they struggled with adding my secondary insurance. They seemed frustrated with me and ultimately, I had to pay for the prescription which would normally have been covered by both of my insurance coverages. Very disappointed in how I was treated.

Text says Rx ready for my little one’s medicine.
Show up a few hours later after work.
“Our computers are down. It’s just a Safeway wide thing- they’re all down. It usually takes a few hours to come back up.”
I have literally never heard of this happening at any other pharmacy. And he made it sound like it was a common occurrence.
Called a couple hours later and they didn’t seem bothered at all that my kids gonna feel like crap all night because I was stupid enough to use their pharmacy again… no thanks…

I used to love this pharmacy but the past several times I’ve been I’ve had nothing but issues. For example, today I went to pick up an antibiotic that was sent over from urgent care. It was a medication I’ve picked up before with no issues and my insurance worked. Today I was told I had to call my insurance to fix an issue with it saying I had a primary coverage. I don’t have one and haven’t had one in a while which my insurance company knows. Several other people in line were having similar insurance issues and instead of trying to find solutions pretty much everyone except Jayce was being rude to customers. One person was just asking questions about the situation and was told repeatedly to stop being rude so the worker could do her job.
Trying to understand why a medication has increased in cost is not being rude. I had my meds switched to CVS and not only did my insurance worked just fine they had my meds ready for pick up in 15 minutes.
The entire situation from waiting 30 minutes in line to being treated horribly caused me to walk away crying without my meds.

Why is reviewing my Medicare plan every year important?
Reviewing your Medicare plan every year is important because Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (Part D) can change annually. These changes may affect your coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and provider network. By reviewing your plan during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, you can ensure it still meets your healthcare needs and budget—and switch plans if necessary.
