  I’m frustrated over the cost of their services and they wouldn't even consider discontinuing the charges for someone on a fixed income. The lady in billing talked over me while I was trying to plead my case and explain my situation. I’ve fired everyone involved with this transaction from the clinic to the lab so I wouldn’t have to go through this kind of stress with these greedy medical service providers again. Now that I’ve had to pay a large portion of my monthly income to an independent lab that I never authorized to begin with it looks like I’m off to the food bank to feed my family for the month because Quest Diagnostics apparently needed the money more than my family does.

  This place was great. They were on time, super friendly and very clean. The parking structure is the worst part.. its just really tight. But they validate parking, so it was worth it.

  my phlebotomist was very friendly and professional. He listened to me and did not leave any bruising. One of the most comfortable draws I have had!
