- DGD GApr 2, 20264.0Unfortunately the progressive lens I need takes 2 weeks to obtain. Good customer service, except for the fact that when I was being waited on another customer entered. The two employees there were busy, one with me and the other with another customer. I turned to the clerk waiting on me and said aren't you going to tell him you'll be with him soon, instead of just ignoring him. She said oh a gal should be back from break soon she'll take care of him. This is why I rated them less than 5. No way to treat your potential client. My service went well though.
