Usually love this pharmacy but now that they're giving flu shots they don't seem to care about getting prescriptions ready in a timely fashion! Prescription meds getting ready for people should be priority at a pharmacy! In alot of cases they're life saving! Nobody is going to die waiting a couple extra days for a flu shot but they could without some meds! Schedule appointments and less of them for flu shots, answer your phones and prioritize filling meds! Vaccines can be given at a doctor's office, pills and other meds cannot!

29th Ave Seems better than the regular Safeway pharmacy i fill @, Market st. They run out of medication the 3rd week of every month-hmmm maybe order additional quantity of meds but they don’t- The lady pharmacist from this 29th ave location (so sorry forgot her name) took care of moving my prescription to her pharmacy so she could fill it within the hour from the Market store who have huge issues filling it every month! So for me that is excellent customer service!!! Because of this I will drive 7 miles to this pharmacy since they are on the ball…I had my doctor switch to Safeway on 29th Pharmacy. Market street take note, this is exemplary customer service up on the hill ! Thanks

Been trying to get my child's medicine filled here for almost a week. Several times I have been told it would be a couple of hours and it still is not done . Ridiculous. I should have stuck with their competitor

Went in for the flu/covid shot and the male pharmacist asked bluntly what my medical condition is and asked if it’s a brain condition when I fumbled explaining. Then denied me getting the vaccines. I’m human and just wanted to get a vaccine to protect myself because I’m immunocompromised. Shame on this man.
