zero stars. And Honestly I feel like all the workers in this pharmacy should be fired. I've called 23 times within 2 hours today and id get hung up after each call without answering me. I've needed my prescription for days now and I still have never received it because it's not ready each time I go in person or finally when i get a hold of them on the phone.Pharmacists are not professional and are slacking. My prescription shouldve been done days ago and I go into the store in person every day and still "not ready". Not the first time this has happened either. My senior parents have had the same problem in past and sometimes still to this day. Fire the people who work there right now and hire more professional one who actually work and pick up the damn phone. Writing this review for people who are having the same problem but aren't saying anything. I know im not the only one who has to deal with this. Choose a different pharmacy, dont waste ur time, money, and health at this place.HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND Safeway shadle center pharmacy.
From mistakes like these people are making in this pharmacy, people will get more health issues for not receiving the medications they depend on. And me I can lose my own child because of them for not having my medication. If it comes to that. I will not be silent about this.(Update: Writing this while finally answering me and im on hold now with them after saying ill be writing a bad review of them. After saying that they then finally gave me more information about the statues of my prescription. Now supposably it'll be ready in 45 mins. Im still posting this review on Google and their website.) Have proof of the call records each day I've called and only once have they finally answered me. After asking about my medication I then informed them ill be posting the worst review about them. Only now they're finally doing some sort of action to speed up to ready my pick up prescription.

The wife's perscriptions were arrange to be sent directly to our home. It was done in person also, I was there. This way we would receive what she is suppose to receive and never run out. Damn if they haven't sent anything at all. Who is responsible for this problem? Someone down there at the Wellesley Safeway Pharmacy isn't doing their job. Im pissed. Bad thing is, if I vent my anger in a productive way by letting them know that the wife can die if she doesn't get her medications, I will be the bad guy. This isn't like a grocery list not being delivered. IT"S MEDICAL PERSCRIPTIONS.

Have you thought of providing a few chairs and perhaps a couch or two due to the consistent long lines?
