Always a very busy but helpful and upbeat atmosphere. I changed to this pharmacy when my RitAid closed and they made the adjustment easy for us. Nice job!

Mixed bag, here. I moved my prescriptions to Safeway when the Rite Aid across the lot closed. Alas - so far, there is little to cheer about. The pharmacy tech that is typically at the register at this location (not sure of her name but long brown hair) seems to be incessantly grumpy and wholly unwilling to help *every* time I go there. She will make no attempt to help with insurance or any other questions and just honestly seems to be annoyed by the entire world. The same tech, presumably tasked with answering phones, has apparently decided that that thing ringing on the counter is little more than background irritation. I have tried probably 30 (5-6 times on 5-6 occasions) and only actually been answered once - and that was by the actual pharmacist. Finally - the website... Put in a refill request for today (which the site allows) and you will, universally, be waiting - probably 3-4 *days*. Listen - if you can't fill it for 3-4 days - why give the "today after 3" option??? Grumpy people; understaffed; unresponsive to phones or in person questions; and apparent website issues all point a pretty bleak picture. I am *only* giving 3 stars because the female pharmacist at this location routinely tries (or is forced to) take up the slack for the non-performing tech. The pharmacist - who seems exasperated with the tech situation but maintains a pleasant and helpful attitude - alone is the only reason I haven't already resumed my search for a new pharmacy.

I tried to get a prescription transferred because my pharmacy couldn’t order it, and instead of checking if they could order it themselves the tech said, “We should be able to do that,” and took my information. When I called today to confirm they ordered it, they said, “Oh that’s on back order, we can’t get that in.” Then why did you tell me you could??? Why didn’t you take the 5 minutes to check last night so I didn’t waste my time and spend one more day without my important medication? Or why didn’t you have the decency to call me and let me know I wouldn’t be getting my prescription from you? Called Fred Meyer and they had no problems checking first before confirming the transfer.

I went to pick up a prescription for my daughter and they didn't have it in stock. They never bothered to call me to tell me and maybe it might be in the next day.
I called them later and asked if they were able to call around to see if there was another location that I could get it. Was told they were "backed up" and likely couldn't do that.
What ever happened to people that cared? Clearly this place doesn't. Last time I go there
