Nicole greeted me promptly and took them to the back to try and repair them. She returned about 10 minutes later attempting to fix them with a replacement screw, but advised me to be careful screwing it tight to avoid cracking the lense. I asked her how much for the repair and she did it for free! Thank you Nicole for your outstanding customer service and help!
