- DMDiana MooreFeb 25, 20261.0I have gotten the same prescription since I was 15. I come in to pick it up and without telling me, they changed the brand without looking at my allergies. I’m allergic to generic adhesive and I get really bad hives if I use it. They immediately blamed my doctor, I call them, and there saying they never told them to use generic and to only use name brand for me due to allergies. The manager of the pharmacy didn’t care. They told me A MONTH LATER that they don’t have my prescription anymore, gave me sass and hung up the phone. I’m never using them again. I suggest yall don’t either.

- EGErika GrigsbyNov 19, 20255.0I have had the worse experience with pharmacy’s! I went one day to pick up a family member’s prescription because they were too ill to drive. I was blown away by how quickly his meds were ready and how nice they were! I called my physician and switched right away praying this wasn’t a one time thing. I have been with them for about three months now and I absolutely love them! They are time efficient, caring, and although most likely super busy they always have a smile on their faces! I raved to my doctor the other day about how amazing they were and he said that’s rare to hear about a pharmacy. I could go on and on about how amazing they are but it would take forever to read! My meds and my family’s meds are always ready for pick up within hours of calling in if not sooner!
