  I have had the worse experience with pharmacy’s! I went one day to pick up a family member’s prescription because they were too ill to drive. I was blown away by how quickly his meds were ready and how nice they were! I called my physician and switched right away praying this wasn’t a one time thing. I have been with them for about three months now and I absolutely love them! They are time efficient, caring, and although most likely super busy they always have a smile on their faces! I raved to my doctor the other day about how amazing they were and he said that’s rare to hear about a pharmacy. I could go on and on about how amazing they are but it would take forever to read! My meds and my family’s meds are always ready for pick up within hours of calling in if not sooner!

  Not good the girl told me my meds weren't here yesterday..I look at mychart and it's there at the pharmacy so today I come in and she trys to tell me the same so I pull it up on my phone and then she says the med and am like yes oh ok she says let me run it omg so when all said and done now I got to wait another 20 after waiting 30 for then too open up at 1:30 do better your get good pay ..to make people at drive a hr for there meds not cool

  A couple of the female call takers there are absolutely rude. It can take 3 or 4 days for them to fill a prescription, even after the Dr has sent it in. They have told us on numerous occasions that "the Dr never sent it", so Dr finally started sending us pictures of the day, time it was sent in, along with who they spoke with at the pharmacy. Unfortunately, that still does not prevent them from fibbing. After they are shown the proof, they say, "hold on", then come back and say, "Oh, the Dr just sent it". That is very frustrating, when we know for a fact it had been sent a day or two ago. We get our prescriptions there because its a bit closer, and we can shop while we wait. However, when it takes an entire day or more to fill, and we have to leave and drive back and forth, it becomes very inconvenient.

  The wait time has been getting increasingly worse. In an attempt to combat this I called in my prescription the day before I went in. Then I called before heading over and was told "it will be ready in 20 minutes" which was about the length of time it would take to get there. I pulled through the drive through and waited for a pharmacist to talk to me. I was told it would be ready in "about half an hour". I waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes then drove back through. I was then told by a different person that it would take ANOTHER 20-30 minutes. No longer wishing to wait in the car; I decided to do some shopping to pass the time. I gave it 45 minutes before checking out and heading to the pharmacy. When I got there I was told it hadn't been filled yet...I decided to wait in the sitting area that way they couldn't keep putting me off. 20 minutes later I was able to leave with my prescription. TLDR: more than an hour and a half wait on location for a prescription called in the day before.
