When my lenses were being made, I was quoted an hour wait time. 13 minutes later they were done. The salesperson when I came to pick them up was great too. They recognized me and went to grab my glasses before I said a word, which I appreciated. They then had me try them on, took them to tighten the arm I hadn't even noticed was loose, and cleaned the lenses. I've been to competitors before and not received anywhere near that kind of service. I wish I recalled the salesperson name, but it slipped my mind; they had short dark hair and a number of nose piercings.
