Warning - this will be longer than a normal review. I've been a member for just over 4 months. I wanted to give it some time before I left a review. Over the last couple of years, I've had serious decline in my lower back. It had gotten to the point where I couldn't sit or do other activities for more than an hour without discomfort and often couldn't stand completely upright after sitting too long. I even had mornings where getting out of bed was extremely painful. I had x-rays and was told I had severe spondylosis between 2 vertebrae and moderate between 4 others. I did physical therapy for 3 months, for over a year I went to the chiropractor multiple times a week and had massage a few times a month. Each of these visits required a $30 medical copay. While they made my back feel better after them, they dd not improve my condition.
Something needed to change. I'm in my 50s and didn't want to have to resort to surgery or other invasive fixes. I decided to give Club Pilates a go. In fact, it was cheaper a month than the medical copays I had been paying. I noticed a slight difference within a couple of weeks. After 4+ months, I can now sit for prolonged periods of time, without any issue. My pain is completely gone. We recently returned from a vacation where we walked over 10 miles a day for 4 days in a row. I had zero issues or pain. As a woman in her 50s who has had children, I am happy that sneezing and coughing no longer causes me bladder issues. I've also lost an average of 8 lbs. per month.
If you are on the fence, give it a try. It could be the answer to help what is ailing you or help prevent decline.
The Club Pilates Studio in North Spokane has incredible attentive and helpful staff so if you are close to there, definitely go and talk to them.

Great experience! A co-worker recommended and sent a free 30min coupon. I’ve been wanting to improve strength and my flexibility since I struggle to even tie my shoes recently :). Front desk staff was and is extremely helpful and friendly. Felt the 30min workout for a few days. Clean and professional environment. Halle and Kennedy have been wonderful instructors. Highly recommend!

This place is a great way to get together with friends for a light to medium level workout. This is not for intermediate or above level athletes. But it’s a fun class for a good active recovery day
