  Quick, professional and no bs, friendly…the last place i went tried to make it some weird doctors appt with a bunch on frills and extra time wasting crap no one cares about while trying to sell me a bunch of services i didnt need so this is much better! No one likes the dentist just make it quick and easy.

  I've had over 10 Dentists in my lifetime and Dr Gaunt is by far the best of the lot! Not only is Dr Gaunt's cosmetic dental work impeccable, but he has a consistently positive & sincere personality - which I totally admire about him.

  I always had good cleanings and felt like Dr. Harding and Dr. Gaunt were both great dentist. However, there were a few things that have given me a bad taste in my mouth. Most recently, I was referred to an endodontist for a retreatment of a root canal. I was not given options for the referral, and not knowing much about it, went ahead and went to the referred endodontist for a consultation. It was only after the consultation that it came to my attention that the endodontist was out of network for my dental insurance (Dental Dental)! This was not told to me by either Downriver Smiles or the Endodontist, both of whom knew what insurance I have, but rather I found it out myself when doing other research for alternative options. This wouldn’t be a big deal, apart from the fact that there are two endodontists in Spokane that are covered by my insurance, neither of which were given as options by Downriver, and to which I had to self refer... It felt like this was a referral agreement to make money between the two offices and really gave me the ick. Headed back to my old dentist!
