The exam was quick and easy and revelatory. I tried two different shoes and a selection of arch supports that he recommended. I bought a pair of New Balance and a replacement set of inserts. We reviewed a plan for using shoes, inserts, and arch supports, and Chris gave me a personalized plan to take with me. I was completely satisfied with the purchases and with Chris’s professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor. Thank you, Chris and Good Feet/Spokane Valley!

The inlays with the strengthening lift were too aggressive. Even though it was well outside of my window to change to something else, they graciously made the swap. These folks care about their customers and go the extra mile to find the best fix for all who struggle. The best ever!
- TTTApr 4, 20265.0I am so glad I finally walked into this store. I have been suffering long enough with what they said was planters faciitus. For THREE years I have been to 3 podiatrists, have been to PT and purchased so many gadgets, xrays, MRI, as I was so desperate that I convinced myself to keep looking and I'd find what would finally work. All of these attempts failed. My next step was to make an appointment to see an orthopedic surgeon. I fractured my pelvis many years ago. I was hearing myself say I must just be out of alignment if I cannot find the fix. That's when I walked into the GF store and Marley was there, was so great, like a guardian angel. She worked on me for what seemed like an hour, never in a rush, calm and explained all of the step nu step process she went through. It feels like I've finally found the answer. If you have been struggling like I have, but don't want to make an investment into your own body, then just keep going as you are. If you want to give yourself a chance to feel better, than going to the GF store to find out more to change things would be well worth it! Thanks, Teresa

It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
