Because I am elderly and have had years of pain and discomfort related to my feet I easily understood the approach that Good Feet was making to my problems. Although my primary focus was upon getting new shoes that would help my problem, I was introduced to Good Feet's focus of proper foot alignment and structure in order to correct current problems as well as get me into the shoes that would assist in solving some of the chronic problems with my feet. I was introduced to their system which could have been a little confusing but was not due to Chris's way of explaining things clearly and his good listening skills. I must admit that when I was faced with the overall cost of the appliances to help realign my feet, I realized that it is a very scientifically sound approach and requires my diligence to maintain the program, which I will. The Brooks shoes are most excellence in quality and reputation, as I used them when I was able to run. Their cost was reasonable as well for such good quality. Chris has maintained contact for follow-up and satisfaction. Doing well as expected.

I was under a time crunch, from out of town and had a doctor appointment in 90 minutes. It was rainy and took us longer to get there than we expected. Anyway she was able to examine and explain and let me try the orthotics for their system in a very timely manner. I bought the whole set right there on the spot, and made it to my doctor appointment on time. Kristen was truly professional and knew the products well. Since then she has answered my questions and continues to provide excellent customer service. I would recommend this system for anyone with feet pain or troubles, and also for those who have good feet and want to keep them that way! Lissa, a satisfied customer!

I thought the Good Feet just sold shoes and had no idea they would fit her for shoe inserts. They looked just like the ones a podiatrist fits you for. My daughter was fitted for the three inserts included in the set and she already is feeling relief from her pain. It is expensive but we were covered with a HSA account.
