  After dealing with many different companies and professionals, it is a joy to find someone like Mariah that works at the Sullivan Rd office in Spokane Valley. She listened to the issues that i had and made adjustments as needed every time that i needed. She is truly very knowledgeable and a professional in what she does. Miracle Ear is lucky to have her on staff and should make sure to keep her. Thanks Mariah

As the 45-day refund deadline approached, I informed them I wanted to return the devices, but was told I had to wait an extra week because my representative was out of town. I returned the hearing aids as instructed, paid the $150 return fee, and was told the refund was approved. Nearly a month later, I was informed the refund was denied and that I needed to pick up the devices I had already returned. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I’ve had to involve my credit card company and my attorney—buyer beware.

  Mariah at Miracle Ear has been very easy and informative on my hearing issues. She has provided information that has helped me make decisions about the hearing aids. I would recommend this Miracle Ear practioner.

  Mariah is wonderful! She squeezed me in when my hearing aids quit working. She helped me with a payment plan that I could afford!
