    After dealing with many different companies and professionals, it is a joy to find someone like Mariah that works at the Sullivan Rd office in Spokane Valley. She listened to the issues that i had and made adjustments as needed every time that i needed. She is truly very knowledgeable and a professional in what she does. Miracle Ear is lucky to have her on staff and should make sure to keep her. Thanks Mariah

    Here is a 4–5 sentence Google-appropriate version: ⸻ I purchased hearing aids from the Miracle-Ear in Spokane Valley for $5,800 and spent three weeks in tuning appointments, but they never resolved the hearing issues I clearly explained from the beginning. As the 45-day refund deadline approached, I informed them I wanted to return the devices, but was told I had to wait an extra week because my representative was out of town. I returned the hearing aids as instructed, paid the $150 return fee, and was told the refund was approved. Nearly a month later, I was informed the refund was denied and that I needed to pick up the devices I had already returned. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I’ve had to involve my credit card company and my attorney—buyer beware.

    I would take this star away if I could. This location keeps canceling my appointments. And due to this the warranty on my hearing aides have expired. Poor customer service.
