  It was my first time getting glasses. I was clueless on what that might look like (pun intended) luckily they are a one stop shop. They got me in quick to see the eye doctor, they were very helpful and informative. And the sales associate on the floor made it a point to get to know me, get me the best deal on glasses and warranties. I feel like I have a place I can trust with my vision. Definitely a great place for anyone needing their first pair of glasses and anyone who just needs help with their sight. Thanks again Eyemart Express!

  The staff was very inviting and kind. They helped me to decide what was best for my needs. My glasses were ready before the time they were expected to be ready. I will definitely be going back again and again.

  Eyemart express in spokane valley ROCKS! Our salesman Justin was amazing to work with and even made sure we got a great promo where we got a free pair of glasses with our purchased pair. Great selection for every budget. Got 2 pairs of glasses for me, my partner, and grandpa all in under 2 hours. They even adjusted a pair of frames i didnt buy from them. I will keep going back any time I need new glasses. You can even get an eye exam at the independent optometrist that has a office in this location. Keep up the amazing work guys! You are amazing and I tell everyone I know.... Go to Eyemart express!

  The general manager was great to work with he knew exactly what my husband wanted and gave us examples and when my husband had questions or didn’t understand things, especially on his prescription from his optometrist, he brought out examples and made sure that we were happy with everything they were also done in a sufficient manner in less than two hours for all four glasses for me and him and we were updated as they were getting done along the way when we came and picked him up the guy at night was very professional as well. Made sure that we were happy. Any questions gave us cases for each of ours and then told us that he was out of the cleaning rags and to stop by in a few days and they’d be more unhappy to give us some and he apologized about that as well. As usual, great experience from Eyemart express!

  While the employees here are friendly, the glasses quality is not great. I bought a pair of regular glasses and got a free pair of prescription sunglasses with one of their promotions, which was great at first. When I picked out the sunglasses, I requested a green tint and polarization. I was told that they couldn't do colored tints and polarization, and it had to be one or the other. I went with the green tint, thinking I wouldn't really need the polarization. When I picked up the sunglasses and used them on the first day, almost the entire left lens had significant glare while driving. I had to put my hand up next to my face to keep the sun from hitting that side of the glasses so I could see properly until I could safely stop and switch back to my regular glasses. I immediately took the sunglasses back in and asked about polarization. I was told that they COULD do it, so I dropped the glasses off with them and paid the cost of polarization (either $60 or $80, can't remember which). A few weeks later, I received a notification that they were ready for pickup, so I picked them up and left them in their hard shell case in my glove box (like I have with all my other prescription sunglasses I have had) for a few days until it was sunny enough to need to use them. When I took them out of the case to put them on, I noticed visible chipping on the edges of the one of the lenses. Enough where pieces were coming off and I was afraid they would get in my eyes while wearing the glasses. Granted, these are plastic CR35 lenses, but that's what I always get for sunglasses, and it's never been an issue. In addition to the chipped lenses, the glare was still pretty significant, so I don't even know if they were actually polarized. I am now having to purchase another pair of sunglasses online from a different retailer, as I don't trust eyemart to redo these. A bit frustrating for sure. Probably won't be buying from Eyemart again.
