  This place has no privacy. I had to answer my personal health related questions out loud when other patients were present. The examiner did not conduct blood pressure properly by making me speak during it, and they had me leave a test unattended in a basket on the counter instead of allowing me to watch them place it in a secure specimen bag.

  The first experience with QD was a disaster. Usually I use LabCorp for test, which is very far from to be perfect but QD beated all my imaginations. The test was a simple blood test for several specific parameters which are done in any lab world-wide. Due to bureaucratic reasons my doctor was not able to order this test from LabCorp, and I was forwarded to QD. (1) They insisted on sending a toolkit for blood test, two simple tubes available in any lab. By telephone they confirmed I do not need any kit, and on the appointment day I started to lab. Just 5 min before I left home, Fedex surprisingly delivered a kit, and the technician in lab confirmed that if I would came without kit, no any test could be performed. I needed this test in several day for my appointment with doctor and it was a miracle that I left home not 5 min earlier. (2) In the lab, they succeeded to make 2 mistakes in my last name, which I found later when signed on the profile, (3) the results were not ready within promised 5 days, which made my visit to doctor useless, and even in 10 days. All in all, never more to this lab network.

  Aj was incredible! I’ve always had to be pricked at least twice for them to get into my vein and it’s always so painful and stressful. I came into this appointment extremely nervous, expecting the same thing as always, but Aj got my vein without me feeling a single thing! Not even a pinch! And she got it on the first try 🥹 Thank you Aj!! 🙌🏼 Also the place was very clean, she was ready for me right after I checked in and I appreciated that she had me double check the vials were labeled correctly. I will definitely be coming here from now on.
