They make you wait on hold for 10+ minutes, they rarely have normal meds in stock and then they have to order them (which can take days), they accidentally hang up the line after you’ve been waiting on hold, the scripts they say will take 30 minutes take multiple hours to fill, and they don’t call to tell you when things are ready.
