- MRMac RepmanAug 26, 20252.0Their card processing system gets mixed up/finicky over pre-paid meds, in this case my wife couldn't choose an option to pay for the full prescription with her provider beforehand, and that in turn confused Haggen pharmacy a lot. To the point where they had me sign voided transactions 5 times, between 3 employees, for 25 mins. I was late to work, and my wife had at LEAST 8 void/purchases in her card history. They said it was her fault for pre-paying only 2 of the 4 meds she needed (again, not an option she could choose). I understand Rite Aid CVS conversion this year brought them chaos like this, but Haggen's processors are most likely outdated, and so is their employee training.
