  I have had such a great experience at Salish Orthodontics! I am an adult patient receiving retainer alignment treatment after previously having braces. After receiving quotes from other providers, the affordability of this clinic is truly unmatched. The team has been so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. From the start, Kelly was so sweet and such a huge help getting me scheduled and ready for my consultation and was so amazing during the appointment helping walk me through my options. Since then, she has always been thinking ahead, making sure I am booked out in advance, and making sure that my appointments accommodate my work schedule. Hannah has been so amazing to work with and is so knowledgeable. She always helps make sure I'm comfortable and walks me through the process step-by-step each time. She one of the kindest and most thoughtful people I have ever met and I feel so lucky to be at her chair. Dr. Miranda has been so kind and thoughtful throughout this entire process as well. She has done an amazing job curating such a welcoming space here at this clinic. I always look forward to my appointments and chatting with the lovely staff here. I feel so lucky to be receiving treatment at Salish!

  I I just want to shout out the excellent customer care at Salish Orthodontics in Silverdale. My son has been in the pre-orthodontic phase for quite some time, and from the very beginning, Dr. Heinemann was always kind, patient, and explained everything in a way that made sense. Since becoming Salish and with the new provider coming on, the level of advocacy for my son’s care has been incredible. It wasn’t just about the physical component of braces — they truly understood the psychological impact this process has had on him. Seeing my son so grateful and excited to have his teeth corrected so he can smile without embarrassment or fear of being bullied means more than I can put into words. There are not many providers who accept state medical, and as a single parent, the financial strain can make orthodontic care feel “elective” or out of reach. This team advocated for the medical necessity of his treatment and remained steadfast through the back-and-forth with insurance. That support made all the difference for our family. Thank you for seeing us as human beings — deserving of care and dignity. And a special thank you to Kelly for being such a real, compassionate human. That hug meant more than you know. I truly appreciate you and your entire team. We are so grateful.
